5. Lo! the righteous shall drink of a cup whereof the mixture is of water of Kafur,

5. As to the Righteous they shall drink of a Cup (of Wine) mixed with Kafur

6. A spring wherefrom the slaves of Allah drink, making it gush forth abundantly,
Yusuf Ali
6. A Fountain where the Devotees of Allah do drink making it flow in unstinted 
abundance.

7. Because they perform the vow and fear a day whereof the evil is wide spreading,
Yusuf Ali
7. They perform (their) vows and they fear a Day whose evil flies far and wide.

8. And feed with food the needy wretch, the orphan and the prisoner, for love of Him,
Yusuf Ali
8. And they feed for the love of Allah the indigent the orphan and the captive 





M.Pickthall
9. (Saying): We feed you, for the sake of Allah only. We wish for no reward nor 
thanks from you;
Yusuf Ali
9. (Saying) "We feed you for the sake of Allah alone: No reward do we desire 
from you nor thanks.





M.Pickthall
10. Lo! we fear from our Lord a day of frowning and of fate.
Yusuf Ali
10. We only fear a Day of distressful Wrath from the side of our Lord.





M.Pickthall
11. Therefor Allah hath warded from them the evil of that day, and hath made 
them find brightness and joy;
Yusuf Ali
11. But Allah will deliver them from the evil of that Day and will shed over 
them a light of Beauty and a (blissful) Joy.
