| POINTS FROM THIRTEENTH CHAPTER |

| lo! the (human) soul enjoins unto evil,
save that whereon my Lord has mercy
|
|
| Allah lose not the reward of the good |
|
| Trust in Allah only. Ill luck cannot come
from the envy in the hearts of others. Without Allah's will nothing can happen |
|
| Allah raises by grades(of mercy) whom He will,
and over every lord of knowledge there is one more knowing |
|
| Grief and specially suprressed grief with sorrow
can make eyes whiten |
|
| Lo! none despairs of the Spirit of Allah
save disbelievers |
|
| And though you try much, most men will not believe |
|
| Most of mankind believe not in Allah
except that they attribute partners (nto Him). |
|
| Prophet(pbuh)'s way was to call on Allah with sure knowledge |
|
| In old histories narrated in Quran, there is
a lesson for men of understanding. |
|
| Quran is a detailed explanation of everything... |
|
| Your Lord is rich in pardon but also very strong in punishment |
|
| Lo! Allah changes not the condition of a folk until
they (first) change that which is in their hearts; |
|
| Unto Him is the real prayer. Praying anyone beside Allah is an act of idolatry |
|
| Is he who knows that what is revealed unto you from your Lord
is the truth like him who is blind? |
|
| Pious people will enter into Gardens
of Eden along with "all who do right" of their fathers and their helpmates
and their seed |
|
| Verily in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest! |
|
| Had it been possible for a Quran to
cause the mountains to move, or the earth to be torn asunder,
or the dead to speak(this Quran would have done so). Nay, but Allah's
is the whole command. |
|
| He whom Allah sends astray, for him there is no guide |
|
| And if you should follow their desires after that which
has come unto you of knowledge(of Quran), then truly would you have from Allah
no protecting friend nor defender |
|
| With Quran, mankind can come out
from darkness unto light, by the permission of their Lord.... |
|
| Deniers of the Messengers of Allah would have to drink
a festering water. |
|
| despised people who follow the scornful against the
guidance of Allah will have the same doom in the Hereafter |
|
| Believers should establish worship and spend
of that which Allah has given them, secretly and publicly,
before a day comes........ |
|
| And He gives you of all you ask of Him,
and if You would count the bounty of Allah you cannot reckon it |
|
| Deem not that Allah is unaware of what the
wicked do. He but gives them a respite till a day..... |
|
| Take a lesson from the result
of those who wornged themselves before you |
|
