| POINTS FROM NINTH CHAPTER |

| Before destroying them, Allah sent prophets to
township to warn them and even afflicted their folk with
tribulation and adversity that haply they might grow humble.
|
|
| Majic does show its affect but is totally helpless before God's might |
|
| Lo! the earth is Allah's. He gives it for an inheritance to whom He will. |
|
| Lo! the sequel is for those who keep their duty (unto Him) |
|
| Allah straitened Pharaoh's folk with famine and the dearth of fruits,
and He sent them the flood and the locusts and the vermin and
the frogs and the blood----a succession of clear signs |
|
| Allah preferred Moses above mankind by His messages and by His speaking (unto him) |
|
| Those who deny Allah's revelations and the meeting of the Hereafter, their works are fruitless. |
|
| But those who do ill deeds and afterward repent and believe-- lo! for
them, afterward, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful |
|
| ...and My mercy embraces all things, therefore I shall ordain
it for those who ward off (evil) and pay the poor-due, and those who belive
Our revelations; |
|
| Those who follow the messenger, the Prophet who can neither read nor write(Umee)...
(Quran is the biggest miracale, so no one can challenge that it had been
made by any one other than the God) |
|
| Those who believe in Prophet(PBUH), and honour him, and help him, and
follow the light which is sent down with him: they are successful |
|
| Say(O Muhammad (PBUH): O mankind! Lo! I am the messenger of Allah
to you all... Follow the Prophet(PBUH) that haply ye may be led aright |
|
| So when they(Children of Israel) took pride in that which they
had been forbidden, We said unto them: Be ye apes despised and loathed! |
|
| Those who make (men) keep the Scripture, and establish worship ---they will be rewarded |
|
| ...lest ye should say at the Day of Resurrction: Lo! of this we were unaware; |
|
| Therefore his likeness is as the likeness of a dog.... Such is the likeness
of the people who deny Our revelations. |
|
| Allah's are the fairest names. Invoke Him by them. And
leave the compay of those who blaspheme His names |
|
| Those whom Allah sends astray, there is no guide for them |
|
| Those who deny Allah's revelations ---step by step He leads them on from whence they know not. |
|
| (Destined) Hour's knowledge only is with Allah, but most of mankind know not |
|
| Had I knowledge of the Unseen, I should have abundance of wealth....(said Prophet PBUH) |
|
| To get the desired children by imploring God only and then
afterwards ascribing unto Him partners in that respect, a characteristic of Man. |
|
| To whom people call beside Allah: |
|
| i) are slaves like unto you; |
|
| ii) who created naught, but are thselves created; |
|
| iii)cannot give the crier help, nor can they help themselves |
|
| If a slander from the devil wound you, then seek refuge in Allah |
|
| This (Quran) is insight from your Lord, and a guidance and a mercy
for a people that believe. |
|
| When the Quran is recited, give ear to it and pay heed,
that you may obtain mercy. |
|
| Remember your Lord within yourself humbly and with awe, below your breath, at morn
and evening. And be you not of the neglectful |
|
| Do not be proud to do Him(Allah) service, but praise Him and adore Him |
|
True believers are: i) whose hearts feel fear when Allah is mentioned;
ii)and when the revelations of Allah are recited unto them they increase their faith;
iii) and who trust in their Lord;
iv) Who establish worship;
v) who spend of that Allah have bestowed on them |
|
| Whoso on that Day(of war) turns his back to enemy,
unless manoeuvring for battle or intent to join a company,
he truly has incurred wrath from Allah and his habitation will be hell |
|
| and know tht Allah comes in between the man and his own heart |
|
| Betray not Allah and His messenger, nor knowingly betray your trusts |
|
| If you keep your duty to Allah, He will give you discrimination
(between right and wrong) and will rid you of your evil thoughts and deeds,
and will forgive you. |
|
| The Inviolable Place of Worship's fitting guardians are those only who
keep their duty to Allah. But most of them know not |
|
| If Disbelievers do not cease from persecution of believers,
then fight them until persecution is no more and religion is all for Allah |
