Hour
.............

They indeed are losers who deny their meeting
with Allah until, when the hour cometh on them
suddenly, they cry: Alas for us, that
we neglected it!

Say: Can ye see yourselves, if the punishment
of Allah come upon you or the Hour come upon you,?
Do ye then call (for help) to any other than Allah?
(Answer that) if ye are truthful

And every nation hath its term, and when its term
cometh, they cannot put it off an hour nor yet advance (it).

They ask thee of the (destined) Hour, when will
it come to port. Say: Knowledge thereof is with
my Lord only. He alone will manifest it at its
proper time. It is heavy in the heavens and 
the earth. It cometh not to you save unawares.

Allah hath turned in mercy to the Prophet,
and to the Muhajirin and the Ansar who followed
him in the hour of hardship. After the hearts of
a party of them had almost swerved aside,
then turned He unto them in mercy.

And on the day when He shall gather them together,
(when it will seem) as though they had tarried
but an hour of the day, recognizing one another,

For every nation there is an appointed time.
When their time cometh, then they cannot put
it off an hour, nor hasten (it)
