Justice





That is more equitable in the sight of Allah
and more sure for testimony, and the best way
of avoiding doubt between you;

Maintaining His creation in justice, there is
no God save Him, the Almighty, the Wise
1

and slay those of mankind who enjoin equity:
promise them a painful doom
1

And if ye fear that ye will not deal fairly 
by the orphans, marry of the women, 
who seem good to you, two or three or four;
1

and (concerning) the weak among children,
and that ye should deal justly with orphans.

O ye who believe ! Be ye staunch in justice,
witnesses for Allah,..

If thou disclaimest jurisdiction, then they
cannot harm thee at all
1

Give full measure and full weight, in justice.
1

Say: My Lord enjoineth justice. And set
your faces, upright (toward Him) at every
place of worship and call upon Him, making
religion pure for Him (only). As He brought
you into being, so return ye (unto Him)
1

Lo! He produceth creation, then reproduceth it,
that He may reward those who believe and
do good works with equity;
1

And for every nation there is a messenger. And when
their messenger cometh (on the Day of Judgment)
it will be judged between them fairly,
and they will not be wronged.
1

But it hath been judged between them fairly
and they are not wronged.
