They wish to turn you back as Disbelievers...
1

And they will not cease from fighting against you
till they have made you renegades from your religion,
if they can. 
1

And whoso becometh a renegade and dieth in his disbelief:
1

before We destroy countenances so as to confound
them, or curse them as We cursed the Sabbath 
breakers (of old time).

O ye who believe! Whoso of you becometh a renegade from his
religion, (know that in his stead) Allah will bring a people
whom He loveth and who love Him.....
