Know not  most of wrongdoers



Know not  most of Disbelievers



Idolaters





If thou obeyedst most of those on earth they would
mislead thee far from Allah's way. They follow
naught but an opinion, and they do but guess

How should ye not eat of that over which the
name of Allah hath been mentioned, when
He hath explained unto you that which is
forbidden unto you, unless ye are compelled thereto

Then I shall come upon them from before them and
from behind them and from their right bands and
from their left hands, and Thou wilt not find
most of them beholden (unto Thee).

We found no (loyalty to any) covenant in most
of them. Nay, most of them We found wrong doers
1

But whenever good befell them, they said:
This is ours; and whenever evil smote them
they ascribed it to the evil auspices of Moses
and those with him. Surely their evil auspice
was only with Allah. But most of them knew not.

Already have We urged unto hell many of the
jinn and humankind,
1

Even as those before you were mightier than you
in strength, and more affluent than you
in wealth and children
1
