Sent Before
....

But they will never long for it, because of
that which their own hands have sent before them

whatever of good ye send before (you) for
your souls, ye will find it with Allah.

and send (good deeds) before you for your souls,

This is on account of that which your own 
hands have sent before (you to the judgment).

How would it be if a misfortune smote them 
because of that which their own hands have 
sent before (them)? Then would they come 
unto thee, swearing by Allah that they were 
seeking naught but harmony and kindness.

Thou seest many of them making friends with those
who disbelieve. surely ill for them is that which
they themselves send on before them : that Allah
will be wroth with them and in the doom they will
abide
