From Children of Israel, there are unlittered who do not know Book 
1

say unto those who have received the Scripture
and those who read not: Have ye (too) surrendered?
If they surrender, then truly they are rightly guided,

That is because they say: We have no duty to the Gentiles
1

Those who follow the messenger, the Prophet who can
neither read nor write, whom they will find described
in the Torah and the Gospel (which are) with them
1

So believe in Allah and His messenger, the Prophet
who can neither read nor write, who believeth in Allah
and in His words and follow him that haply
ye may be led aright.
