Lo!he is an open enemy for you

nor (that) ye should put constraint upon them that 
ye may take away a part of that which ye have 
given them, unless they be guilty of flagrant lewdness.

If they keep not aloof from you nor offer you peace
nor hold their hands, then take them and kill them
wherever ye find them. Against such We have given 
you clear warrant

And when ye go forth in the land, it is no sin 
for you to curtail (your) worship if ye fear 
that those who disbelieve may attack you. 
In truth the disbelievers are an open enemy to you
1

Whoso chooseth Satan for a patron instead of Allah
is verily a loser and his loss is manifest.

O mankind! Now hath a proof from your Lord come
unto you, and We have sent down unto you
a clear light
1

and how I restrained the Children of Israel from
(harming) thee when thou camest unto them
with clear proofs, and those of them who disbelieved
exclaimed: This is naught else than mere magic
1

Had we sent down unto thee (Muhammad) (actual)
writing upon parchment, so that they could feel
it with their hands, those who disbelieve would
have said: This is naught else than mere magic
1

He from whom (such retribution) is averted on that
day (Allah) hath in truth had mercy on him. That
will be the signal triumph.

Then he flung down his staff and lo! it was a
serpent manifest;
1

Is it a wonder for mankind that We have inspired
a man among them, saying : Warn mankind and bring
unto those who believe the good tidings that
they have a sure footing with their Lord?
The disbelievers say : Lo! this is a mere wizard.
1

And when the Truth from Our presence came unto
them, they said: This is mere magic
1
