to ask


what you ask (oh Children of Israel)
1

righteous is he who gives his wealth, for love of Him,
to kinsfolk and to orphans and the needy and the wayfarer
and to those who ask, and to set slaves free
1

They do not beg of men with importunity.
1

Be careful of your duty toward Allah in Whom 
ye claim ( your rights ) of one another, and 
toward the wombs (that bare you )
1

ask Allah of His bounty
1

Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for it.
1

But if ye are averse I have asked of you no wage.
My wage is the concern of Allah only, and I am
commanded to be of those who surrender (unto Him)
