Seek help in patience and prayer

Children of Israel not being patient on one food
1

How constant(sabar) are they in their strife to reach the Fire
1

Bestow on us endurance,
1 2

if ye persevere and keep from evil their 
guile will never harm you
1

Nay, but if ye persevere, and keep from evil, 
and (the enemy) attack you suddenly, your 
Lord will help you with five thousand 
angels sweeping on
1

But if ye persevere and ward off (evil), 
then that is of the steadfast heart of things
1

Endure, outdo all others in endurance, be ready,
1

This is for him among you who feareth to commit sin.
But to have patience would be better for you.
1

Messengers indeed have been denied before thee,
and they were patient under the denial and the
persecution till Our succour reached them.
1

And if there is a party of you which believeth in
that wherewith I have been sent, and there is a
party which believeth not, then have patience
until Allah judge between us.
1

And Moses said unto his people: Seek help in Allah
and endure.
1

And the fair word of thee Lord was fulfilled
for the Children of Israel because of
their endurance;
1

And obey Allah and His messenger, and dispute not
one with another lest ye falter and your strength
depart from you; but be steadfast!
1

And (O Muhammad) follow that which is inspired
in thee, and forbear until Allah give judgment.
And He is the Best of Judges
