Revelations Clear
1
This (which) We recite unto thee is a revelation
and a wise reminder
1
And when thou seest those who meddle with Our
revelations, withdraw from them until they meddle
with another topic. And if the devil cause thee
to forget, sit not, after the remembrance,
with the congregation of wrong doers
1
Eat of that over which the name of Allah hath
been mentioned, if ye are believers in His revelations.
1
So this day We have forgotten them even as
they forgot the meeting of this Day and as
they used to deny Our tokens
1
I shall turn away from My revelations those
who magnify themselves wrongfully in the earth,
1
and My mercy embraceth all things, therefore
I shall ordain It for those who ward off (evil)
and pay the poor due, and those who believe
Our revelations;
1
Recite unto them the tale of him to whom We gave
Our revelations, but he sloughed them off,
so Satan overtook him and he became of those
who lead astray
1
And when thou bringest not a verse for them
they say: Why hast thou not chosen it?
1
And if thou ask them (O Muhammad) they will say:
We did but talk and jest. Say: was it at Allah
and His revelations and His Messenger that ye did scoff?

Alif. Lam. Ra. These are verses of the wise Scripture.

Lo! those who expect not the meeting with Us but
desire the life of the world and feel secure
therein, and those who are neglectful of
Our revelations,
1
And when We cause mankind to taste of mercy after
some adversity which had afflicted them, behold!
they have some plot against Our revelations.
1
Then, after them, We sent Moses and Aaron
unto Pharaoh and his chiefs with Our revelations,
but they were arrogant and were a guilty folk
1
Alif. Lam. Ra. (This is) a Scripture the revelations
whereof are perfected and then expounded.
(It cometh ) from One Wise, Informed,
