who makes you pure
1

That is more virtuous for you, and cleaner
1

who reciteth unto them His revelations,
and causeth them to grow, and teacheth 
them the Scripture and wisdom; 
1

Hast thou not seen those who praise themselves 
for purity? Nay, Allah purifieth whom He will, 
and they will not be wronged even the hair 
upon a date stone
1

and the devoured of wild beasts, saving that
which ye make lawful (by the death stroke),
1

Take alms of their wealth, wherewith thou mayst
purify them and mayst make them grow, and pray
for them. Lo! thy prayer is an assuagement
for them.
1





Allah will not pure them at the Day of Qiayyama
