Encompass

Allah encompasses the Disbelievers.

while they encompass nothing of His knowledge save
what He will.

Lo! Allah is Surrounding what they do
1

They seek to hide from men and seek not to hide 
from Allah. He is with them when by night they 
hold discourse displeasing unto Him. Allah ever
surroundeth what they do.

Allah ever surroundeth all things
1

while Allah is surrounding all they do
1

Lo! hell is all around the disbelievers.
1

Nay, but they denied that, the knowledge whereof
they could not compass, and whereof the
interpretation (in events) hath not yet come
unto them. Even so did those before them deny.
Then see what was the consequence for the
wrongdoers
