hypocrites commerce which does not prosper

That is more equitable in the sight of Allah
and more sure for testimony, and the best way
of avoiding doubt between you; save only in
the case when it is actual merchandise which
ye transfer among yourselves from hand to hand.
In that case it is no sin for you if ye write it not.

O ye who believe! Squander not your wealth among 
yourselves in vanity, except it be a trade by 
mutual consent,

Say: If your fathers, and your sons, and your
brethren, and your wives, and your tribe, and
the wealth ye have acquired, and merchandise for
which ye fear that there will be no sale,
and dwellings ye desire are dearer to you
than Allah and His messenger and striving
in His way: then wait till Allah bringeth
His command to pass.
