For Disbelievers

whoso disobeyeth Allah and His messenger 
and transgresseth His limits

those who disbelieved and denied Our revelations,

who payeth for mere pastime of discourse,
that he may mislead from Allah's way without knowledge,

and makes it butt of mockery

those who malign Allah and His messenger,

Some Jins were subject to this

The Children of Israel were rescued
from this

when he knoweth aught of Our revelations 
he maketh it a jest.

make a shelter of their oaths and turn 
(men) from the way of Allah
