No Difference at all

warning or no warning, disbelievers will not believe

Whether ye call them(idolaters) or are silent 
is all one for you

Whether we rage or patiently 
endure is (now) all one for us

It is all one to us whether thou preachest 
or art not of those who preach

it is alike for them, for they(heedless people) 
believe not

and whether ye are patient of it or 
impatient of it is all one for you.

Whether thou ask forgiveness for them(hypocrites) 
or ask not forgiveness for them,

On that day those who disbelieved and disobeyed 
the messenger will wish that they were level 
with the ground, and they can hide no fact 
from Allah
