Not (the path) of those who earn Thine anger

neither craving nor transgressing,

seek them with your wealth in honest wedlock, not debauchery.

they being honest, not debauched nor of loose conduct.

hear thou as one who heareth not"

game being unlawful when ye are on pilgrimage.

not by will, to sin:
1

not in fornication, nor taking them as secret concubines.


and know that ye cannot escape Allah

he is of evil conduct,

This is a threat that will not be belied

a doom which cannot be repelled.

a gift unfailing.

(They are) dead, not living.

Turning unto Allah (only), not ascribing partners unto Him;

for them they are not blameworthy

(It is) no sin for you to enter uninhabited houses

or male attendants who lack vigor,

in such a way as not to show adornment.

But he was not long in coming,

A Lecture in Arabic, containing no crookedness

 for them is a reward enduring.

and in dispute cannot make itself plain

And the Garden is brought nigh for those 
who kept from evil, no longer distant

Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us),

And lo! thine verily will he a reward unfailing.

Lo! the doom of their Lord is that before 
which none can feel secure
