Spending, an indication of Allah's sincere servants

Those who spend (of that which Allah hath given them) 
in ease and in adversity,....

Men are in charge of women,...... because they 
spend of their property (for the support of women).

...He bestoweth as He will......

If thou hadst spent all that is in the earth thou couldst not 
have attuned their hearts, but Allah hath attuned them.

Man was ever grudging, does not wish to spend

An idolator's spending can be a  total waste.

And hold not to the ties of disbelieving women; and ask 
for (the return of) that which ye have spent; 
and let the disbelievers ask for that which they have spent.

...then give unto those whose wives have gone the like of 
that which they have spent,..... 

Husband should spend on the divorced woman during the divorced period

Husband should spend on the divorced woman 
during the divorced period according to his means.

Not unto the weak nor unto the sick nor unto those
who can find naught to spend is any fault (to be
imputed though they stay at home) if they are
true to Allah and His messenger. Not unto the
good is there any road (of blame)

Nor unto those whom, when they came to thee (asking)
that thou shouldest mount them, thou didst tell:
I cannot find whereon to mount you. They turned
back with eyes flowing with tears, for sorrow that
they could not find the means to spend
