who read it with the right reading,...

they will not believe (in truth) until they make thee 
judge of what is in dispute between them

...that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.

..I have forsaken the religion of folk who believe not....

Is it then in vanity that they believe and in the 
grace of Allah that they disbelieve?

which We destroyed before them (though We sent them portents):
would they then believe?

...A far removal for folk who believe not!

They only are the true believers who believe in Allah and His messenger
