If non-Muslims, create SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES, and Muslims with the following intention, 
took up arms in self defence that if Almighty God established them on Earth with firmness,
 they will: 
		
		establish worship;
		
		pay the poor-due;
		
		enjoin kindness; and
		
		forbid iniquity.


then,in These particulars circumstances and such a war willqualify to be a war in 
the way of Allah.

it was said: Come, fight in the way of Allah, 
or defend yourselves.

Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the 
life of this world for the other

How should ye not fight for the cause of Allah

Those who believe do battle for the cause of Allah;
and those who disbelieve do battle for the cause of
idols. So fight the minions of the devil.

So fight (O Muhammad) in the way of Allah---
Thou art not taxed (with the responsibility 
for anyone) except for thyself ---and urge on 
the believers

Fighting
