Right of Wife to Get Divorce
......

Quran allows the right to a wife to get divorce from
Husband, if she fears from Him:
a) Disloyality, ill treatment (Nasooz);
b) Disertion (Ehrad)

But before using this right, they(both) should make
any attempt to make an amicable settlement(peace)
between them. Because such a settlement/peace
has been declared as "better" instead of separation

if ye fear a breech between them twain (the man and wife),
appoint an arbiter from his folk and an arbiter from her folk.
If they desire amendment Allah will make 
them of one mind. 

If they make peace, no sin for them, But if they (ultimately)
Separate then Allah will compensate each out of His abundance
