Reasons for Anger

ANGER OF ALLAH ON CHILDREN OF ISRAEL DUE TO THEIR DEEDS

....and they were visited with wrath from Allah....

...They have incurred anger upon anger.....

...They have incurred anger from their Lord, and 
wretchedness is laid upon them.....

And when Moses returned unto his people, angry and grieved,

WARNING TO PEOPLE OF SCRIPUTRE

Worse (is the case of him) whom Allah hath cursed, 
him on whom His wrath hath fallen! Worse is he of 
whose sort Allah hath turned some to apes and swine,

ANGER ON PEOPLE OF HUD

He said: Terror and wrath from your Lord have already 
fallen on you....

ONE WHO KILLS THE BELIEVER OF SET PURPOSE

Whoso slayeth a believer of set purpose, his reward 
is Hell for ever. Allah is wroth against him 

Lo! those who chose the calf (for worship), terror 
from their Lord and humiliation will come upon them

Whoso on that day turneth his back to them, unless 
maneuvering for battle or intent to join a company, 
he truly hath incurred wrath from Allah,

...but whoso findeth ease in disbelief: On them is 
wrath from Allah.... 

... and he on whom My wrath cometh, he is lost indeed....

And a fifth (time) that the wrath of Allah be upon 
her if he speaketh truth

And those who argue concerning Allah after He hath been 
acknowledged, their argument hath no weight with their 
Lord, and wrath is upon them... 

And may punish the hypocritical men and the hypocritical 
women, and the idolatrous men and the idolatrous women, 
who think an evil thought concerning Allah. For them 
is the evil turn of fortune, and Allah is wroth against them

Hast thou not seen those who take for friends a folk 
with whom Allah is wroth?

O ye who believe! Be not friendly with a folk with 
whom Allah is wroth,

(show us)...Not (the path) of those who earn Thine anger.... 

Lo! those who chose the calf (for worship),
terror from their Lord and humiliation will
come upon them in the life of the world.
Thus do We requite those who invent a lie

Then, when the anger of Moses abated, he took up
the tablets, and in their inscription there was
guidance and mercy for all those who fear their Lord
